| I am a Sivananda Yoga teacher and a PADI Diving Instructor. I've lived in Egypt for 20 years. I teach Yoga Diving in Dahab, South Sinai which is on the Red Sea. Yoga Diving is an innovative technique of dive instruction which combines yoga classes and diving on one holiday. Yoga prepares your body and mind for the diving ahead and diving is taught as a technique of meditation and relaxation.
