Yoga Workshop (all levels) Sat 26th November 2022 (10-1pm)

Booking is now open for my next half-day yoga workshop at Saltwood’s beautiful village hall on 26th Nov 2022.

Running for three hours with a short break in the middle (herbal tea supplied), we will explore a cross selection of yoga asana (postures), including; standing, forward bends, twists, backbends. The workshop with close with some lovely relaxation work to help calm the 'chattering' of the mind and restore our energy levels ready for spring!

Yoga Teacher with 22 years experience - The Iyengar® yoga method offers a safe and systematic progression of yoga postures to develop each students’ ability. A methodical and progressive approach, emphasising safety and precision in alignment whilst developing strength, stamina and flexibility.

This is a dynamic style of yoga suitable for all healthy individuals and all levels are welcome, including beginners. If you have any medical issues, please contact me prior to booking the workshop.

Please bring your own mat (or let me know if you need to borrow one) and a blanket or large towel. Spaces are limited as these workshops are usually popular!

Fun, dynamic and precise yoga in Hythe (Kent) and surrounding areas.

With health-related stress issues high on the agenda, yoga is becoming a more and more popular option to increase our health and well-being.

People who practice yoga regularly experience reduced stress levels, increased productivity, are more relaxed and clear-headed and cite improved flexibility and fitness levels.

Practicing yoga can reduce back pain, improve balance and muscle strength as well as reverse muscle loss. It can improve the symptoms of arthritis and menopause. Studies have shown that it can also decrease anxiety and depression.

It is an overall comprehensive system of self-care that can provide an engaging practice for a lifetime.

I have been teaching yoga since 1999 (qualified in Iyengar yoga 2004) and offer a number of mixed-level classes and regular half-day workshops in the Hythe area.
There are a number of weekly, small, friendly Face2Face classes and live-interactive online classes. Join our yoga community, we welcome all levels of practice from the more adept to the complete beginner.
