Yoga classes held in home studio. Max of 3 people in class allowing the class to be tailored to meet individual needs, dedicating more attention & guidance to each student allowing you to get more out of your practice. Currently Mon & Fri mornings at 10am but other times available including evening's & weekends. Restorative, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama & Meditation and Chair Yoga offered.
