YOGAflow... Sandra Murphy

For most of my friends who know me, I go by the name of Sandie rather than Sandra. I've been practicing yoga for several years and yoga has become a part of my life.

There are so many benefits: for the body, it helps to bring strength; balance; suppleness and improves posture.

For the mind, it helps to bring: inner calm, you see things more rationally, can lower blood pressure, reduces stress and most of all it give us good overall health.

I really didn't understand this until I tried it for myself and it's incredibly profound, and I invite you to give me the opportunity to teach you what I have experienced and to help you along a new pathway.
