YogaBellies for Pregnancy - Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy right through to birth. We practice traditional yoga postures suitable for pregnancy, and also help to prepare you for birth by teaching you breathing and relaxation techniques.  Yoga is a wonderful way to stay strong, healthy and relaxed during pregnancy, and beginners are very welcome. Bond with baby and meet other mums-to-be in a friendly, inclusive and safe environment.
