Hatha Yoga - A flowing posture practice followed by meditation / breathing practice and relaxation.
The classes allow you to work within your own ability and suitable for ALL levels.
Each class offers the opportunity to try a variety of (Asana) postures including balance postures, back bends and inversions in a safe environment. We will also practice different breathing techniques and finish with relaxation/meditation.
