I started yoga years and years ago, coming back to it in earnest 5 years ago after having problems with my neck. I found that yoga alleviated the pain and eventually ridding me of it altogether. I decided I wanted to take my yoga journey further and successfully completed a Yoga Foundation course in 2014. I am currently training with the British Wheel of Yoga.
I am also a Level II Reiki Practitioner and I bring my training in this healing therapy to my yoga classes. I aim to make my classes fun and yet send my students home with a sense of wellbeing that will last through the week.
