Hatha Yoga with flow and relaxation
An enjoyable class that can help to gain more energy, strength, flexibility and increased muscle tone but there's also the less obvious mental and spiritual benefits; more confidence, a greater feeling of well-being, a heightened sense of self awareness and an ability to focus the mind and be present and turn down the volume of that negative self talk.

About Matt
I am a professional actor, singer and dancer who has taught these disciplines for many years. I am fortunate enough to work in film, television and theatre with the likes of Danny Boyle, Sir Nicholas Hytner, James Macavoy, Andy Serkis and many wonderful and talented people. I love what I do, but I definitely have the capacity to over think, stress too much and fill my head with negative self talk and doubt and yoga really turns that around for me.
I have been practising yoga, meditation and mindfulness for well over a decade now and the benefits are immeasurable. There's the obvious physical benefits; more energy, strength, flexibility and increased muscle tone but there's also the less obvious mental and spiritual benefits; more confidence, a greater feeling of wellbeing, a heightened sense of self awareness and an ability to focus the mind and be present and turn down the volume of that negative self talk.
I teach yoga because I genuinely believe that everyone no matter whom you are or where you're from will benefit from some type of yoga practice.
I have met many wonderful teachers around the world in Goa, Malaysia and of course the UK and I wish to thank all of them but special thanks to Conrad Paul of Yoga Professionals and YMCA fit and the lovely Annie who taught me how to teach it.
