I started yoga in 1989. I have studied with various Iyengar and Viniyoga teachers over the years.
I completed my BWY Diploma in 2003 and have taught the BWY Foundation course for over 5 years now. I currently teach yoga, meditation and ante-natal yoga.
I also offer a two year teacher training certificate for students who would like to teach yoga.
I am also a Thai Yoga Massage therapist
