I have been teaching since 1990 after qualifying with British Wheel of Yoga.
Incorporating a variety of styles and influences into my teaching i work intuitively to reduce stress and anxiety..
I use visual imagery and enjoy to guide students through creative relaxations.
I have studied the body as a therapist and understand the biomechanics to help with rehabilition from injury.
My main aim in teaching is to unlock the tensions in the body do students feel light and uplifted by the end of the session.
I also teach yoga in chairs for improved mobility.
