Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation practiced in a lying position using blankets and cushions to stay warm and comfortable. It is suitable for every body.
This class includes some gentle yoga postures to prepare the body for relaxation followed by a full 30 minutes practice of Yoga Nidra.
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and cushions or what ever you need to lie comfortably.

I am an accredited Satyananda Yoga teacher. I completed the 3 year diploma at Bihar School of Yoga, India and the Satyanada Acadamy, Australia. I return to India every year to study in my Guru's ashram and partake in Karma Yoga (selfless service).
As well as teaching classes in Gt.Harwood, Whalley, Mellor and on Zoom I'm also available for private one to one, corporate classes , Yoga Nidra and Thai Yoga Massage Therapy.
