Yoga Nidra - A lying down guided meditation.

With all the stress of modern life the body’s vital energy is sapped away and the equilibrium of the body, even at rest, becomes disturbed leading to anxiety and insomnia. This guided practice can improve sleep and general health as well as giving boost to creativity and productivity. Through a guided effortless lying down meditation, we allow the physical body to surrender in relaxation and with expanded awareness we open to deep nourishment and healing at all levels.
The conscious mind is awake but the body is in deep rest and repair. A state of restful awareness. An experience of absolute relaxation.
We will welcome soothing sounds, movement, breath work, mantra and poetry to accompany this experience of yoga nidra.

I am teaching in Epsom, Purley and surrounding areas.
Teaching groups and individuals - Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates. Yoga for Women including Pre/Post Natal.

My yoga teaching is based on the principles of hatha yoga. A practice of movement, meditation, breath control, mantra and relaxation focussed on cultivating awareness to harmonise the mind, body and soul.
The benefits of all classes are experienced on both on a physical level and also on a mental - emotional level. Insights gained from a regular practice are endless.
