My Yoga class offers a peaceful practice that promotes both physical and mental well being working with ease and fluidity of movement. I offer classes for all ages, stages and abilities to help promote health and well being, bring about a sense of calmness while supporting the inner strength within the body.
Qualifying in 2001 with Yoga Scotland (recognised as the National Governing Body for Yoga in Scotland) I have practiced in many traditions of yoga and continue to train with internationally renowned teachers. I have had the wonderful privilege of running classes in Anstruther since that time.
