A more dynamic style class, working with lots of flows to raise your heart rate, build strength and increase flexibility. All levels welcome, however some knowledge of yoga postures would be useful.

I am passionate in delivering safe and effective and varied yoga classes, increasing flexibility, building strength and giving some peace and space for the mind.
I have a BWYQ Diploma Level 4 (500 hours), Yin Yoga (50 hours), Teen Yoga (40 hours), Yoga Bugs. I am also qualified in pre, post and baby yoga (85 hours)
The studio has lots of props to help you through the practice.
I also teach one to ones.
