Yin Yoga

A beautiful private studio for small sessions or/and one 2 one private sessions.

Yin performed in a warm room,long held postures to assist with lower spine , hips and shoulders with meditation and deep relaxation with essential oils.

Nidra available on request for deep sleep / relaxation.
