A floor based practice, using props if needed, In Yin Yoga, we work on the deep connective tissue in the body and joints, to keep them as mobile and healthy as possible, compared to Hatha Yoga which works on the muscles. Instead of postures / asanas, Yin yoga has shapes which will be held for 2-6 minutes. A time to go inside and really connect with yourselves. a very powerful form of self healing, this system works with the Chinese Meridians, which are also worked on in acupuncture. In Yin, we place ourselves in shapes to stimulate these meridians which balances our emotions and also improves the function of our internal organs.

I am passionate in delivering safe and effective and varied yoga classes, increasing flexibility, building strength and giving some peace and space for the mind.
I have a BWYQ Diploma Level 4 (500 hours), Yin Yoga (50 hours), Teen Yoga (40 hours), Yoga Bugs. I am also qualified in pre, post and baby yoga (85 hours)
The studio has lots of props to help you through the practice.
I also teach one to ones.
