Mid-week blues? Try a morning Yoga class to energise your day, for all levels of experience!
These classes involve a breathwork exercise, a physical practice with a mix of traditional Hatha poses and flowing movements, finishing with a relaxation (Savasana).
Suitable for those who have little Yoga experience onwards.
This class will run at Braf Stiwdio, Dinas Dinlle. We could enjoy some coffees afterwards too!
