I will guide you through 60 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga. We’ll begin gently focusing on the breath, before building some heat through the body with some more flowing movement, before we slow it down again with some longer held restorative stretches.
All my classes are suitable for beginners, I will offer options for some postures so that everyone can adapt the practice to their level.
Yoga is an incredible way to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and self-awareness of the body. The class will energize you for the day ahead whilst also helping you tap into your softer side and relax.

Izzy is a 200hr accredited yoga teacher based in the Cairngorms. She trained with Imir Frazer after developing a strong yoga practice over many years. Focusing on Vinyasa Yoga, Izzy’s classes are smooth flowing and playful with a strong foundation in yogic philosophy. Far more than about touching your toes, yoga is an opportunity to slow down, listen to the body and quieten the mind. Izzy teaches with an ethos that classes should be fun, empowering and inclusive of everybody, whatever level you are at.
