We stretch, strengthen, breathe & relax to nourish body & mind leaving you feeling amazing physically and mentally
Classes follow the Sivananda sequence of variations on 12 key poses (asana) including forward and back bends, inversions, side stretches, balances and twists
Breathwork is integral to the practice, and we close each class with a deep guided relaxation
In-person: Thursdays, 630-730pm at Soma Lab, Studio 2, 231 Stoke Newington Church St, London N16 9HP
Saturdays 930-1030am at Old School Rooms, Powerscroft Rd, Lower Clapton, London E5 0PU
And live Online on Zoom: Thursdays 630-730pm and Saturdays 0930-1030am
