Wanting a chance to challenge your practice with a friendly group?
Using the breath as a guide you will flow through sequences of poses, including Sun Salutations, to encourage balance and strength in both body and mind.
These Vinyasa Flow classes involve a breathwork exercise, a physical practice involving a flowing sequence and deeper stretches before finishing with a relaxation (Savasana).
Suitable for those with previous experience of Yoga through to intermediate level (at least a year of regular practice) wanting to add in more challenging poses and balances.
