SheGlow Core Strength are dynamic sessions which build the internal fire. Classes focus on core strengthening and engaging the bandhas or internal yogic locks, which also helps to tone the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles and the deep core line comprising of where your bodies organs are housed.
The class is flowing, uplifting and dynamic specifically created for the female form and are suitable for all levels, with adaptations for differing levels and needs.
