Leah trained with the Devon School of Yoga. Born in Devon and sticking to her roots, she has started up many classes in and around Dartmoor, both Hatha and restorative. Leah creates a nurturing, safe space with an emphasis on breathing to build vitality and expel tension. Each class will leave you feeling grounded and peaceful.
