Pregnancy Yoga

In these sessions, you will learn a range of birthing techniques: movements, mindset, breathing, relaxation - with the goal of helping you prepare for labour and birth with joy. The yoga practices I share are proven to reduce stress, anxiety and fear.
Sessions can help ease pregnancy aches and pains, including sciatica, pelvic girdle pain, heartburn, back pain and more. You’ll probably get a good night's sleep after class too! I suggest starting pregnancy yoga from 15 weeks. This is when you will feel more energetic and are safely through your first trimester. You can practice right up to birth – even during! If you are a regular yogi and wish to start sooner, pop me an email first. If you have any health concerns, please check with your doctor or midwife that you are ok to practice before booking in.
Lushtums classes are accredited with leading UK bodies in midwifery and antenatal education (FEDANT) and yoga (Yoga Alliance Professionals).
