Pregnancy Yoga is great to help you maintain your strength and flexibility, have time to learn relaxation and breathing techniques and get to know other mums in a safe and supportive environment. Our class is also an opportunity to learn about the process of labour and how you can work with your body to have a positive labour experience. I am British Wheel of Yoga qualified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher. Classes last 75 minutes. I also offer birth preparation workshops for yourself and your partner and postnatal workshops for mums.
