Gentle yoga stretches, breathing and relaxation will help you to feel calm and relaxed during pregnancy. Pilates will help to keep you toned, strengthen your core, and improve posture. Both forms of exercise combined will help to ease any aches and discomfort associated with pregnancy, and will help with a speedy postpartum recovery.
The class also aims to relax the participants, ease any anxieties associated with labour, and prepare the body and mind for birth

I have been a pilates teacher for over ten years having completed my level 3 pilates diploma at Warwickshire College. In 2013 I went to India to study yoga and gained a teaching qualification with Yoga Alliance. In 2014 I qualified as a Pregnancy yoga Teacher with Birthlight. I now own and manage my business Forever Fit, and have over 300 clients throughout Stratford-upon-Avon, warwickshire and Worcestershire, who either attend my Pilates or pregnancy yoga classes.
