Bubba Yoga offers pregnancy yoga classes for mums to be from 12 to 40 + weeks.
BubbaYoga classes are an uplifting and nurturing pregnancy yoga class. The classes incorporate yoga postures specially adapted for pregnancy which help to build strength for labour and space to accommodate your growing bubba. Mums will learn simple but effective breath and relaxation techniques, yoga postures to manage common physical ailments, and visualisation practices to build confidence and
release that inner fierce mumma!!
Labour and birth can be a daunting time however yoga can help to empower mums by providing tools (e.g. breathing techniques and labouring/birthing positions) to use during your birthing experience however that may turn out. Janet's classes fill mums with the confidence to bring their gorgeous bubba(s) into the world.

Janet is a registered yoga teacher with the Independent Yoga Network. She completed her 200 hour yoga teaching Diploma with the Anahata School of Yoga in May 2011. After the birth of her son Janet experienced first hand the positive effects of yoga in pregnancy and completed her Yoga for Pregnancy Teacher Training in May 2012. Janet teaches pregnancy and post natal yoga in East Lothian.
