Keep your body supple and strong for birth, learn some breath and focus techniques to keep you calm, and learn some postures to help get the baby in a good position for birth. Keep your energy calm and topped up.

I am passionate in delivering safe and effective and varied yoga classes, increasing flexibility, building strength and giving some peace and space for the mind.
I have a BWYQ Diploma Level 4 (500 hours), Yin Yoga (50 hours), Teen Yoga (40 hours), Yoga Bugs. I am also qualified in pre, post and baby yoga (85 hours)
The studio has lots of props to help you through the practice.
I also teach one to ones.
