Yoga for Beginners
We teach beginners yoga courses that introduce students to all of the fundamental aspects of hatha yoga, providing a solid foundation from which they can safely explore the practice of yoga in greater depth.
Yoga Classes
Our open level yoga classes are suitable for beginner yoga students as well as those with more experience of yoga.
Private and one to one yoga classes can also be arranged at a time at my location, and we are very happy to visit businesses to teach yoga classes for staff.
