Suitable for new mums 6 weeks plus after a birth that did not require intervention and 12 weeks if intervention was needed. Working on re-engaging the abdominals and pelvic floor muscles, and posture as all of these get compromised after pregnancy and birth! Some bonding time and clothes massage time for your baby too. A 45 minute class with 15 minute time to allow for feeding, nappies and talking with other mums!

I have a BWYQ Diploma Level 4 (500 hours), Yin Yoga (50 hours), Teen Yoga (40 hours), Yoga Bugs. I am also qualified in pre, post and baby yoga (85 hours)
The studio has lots of props to help you through the practice.
I also teach one to ones.
