A warming session to start your evening, perhaps before a climb, or to loosen off after a day at work!
Suitable for improvers up to intermediate level, this class caters for those who want a Yoga session to challenge themselves but also the freedom to get on with the rest of the evening afterwards.
These Hatha Flow classes involve a breathwork exercise, a physical practice mixing traditional Hatha stretches with a flowing sequence and then finishes with a relaxation (Savasana).
Suitable for those who have previous Yoga experience and a good understanding of poses, happy to move fluidly through asanas (at least a year of regular practice).
This class will run at the Beacon Climbing Centre. You do NOT need a climbing pass or to pay entry to the wall for this session.
