These classes involve a breathwork exercise, a physical practice with traditional Hatha poses and then finishes with a relaxation (Savasana).
Suitable for those who have no previous Yoga experience and upwards.
This class will run at the Beacon Climbing Centre. You do NOT require a climbing pass to access this session.
