Jeff is a leading London based teacher who has recently moved to the area. He teaches at both of London’s top yoga centres - The Life Centre and Triyoga. He also trains yoga teachers on Triyoga's teacher training course.
He is an inspiring teacher who brings energy and compassion to his unique style of teaching which emphasizes the true spirit of yoga. Strong but soft, dynamic yet meditative – his seriously playful emphasis on right and skilful action helps to bring joy, inner peace and harmony. He loves being creative and encouraging his students to explore experiment and experience their yoga practice in new and different ways.
He has studied with a number of leading teachers and is influenced by a very wide range of yoga styles (including Vinyasa flow, Anusara, Viniyoga, Iyengar and Satyananda schools)
