This 60-minute class includes mindfulness, meditation and Hatha Yoga. Mindfulness helps to ease the body out of fight or flight stress response. We begin with a short mindfulness exercise, breath work and meditation for 10 minutes then lead into a Hatha Yoga. Hatha works through cardiovascular postures stretching the fascia connective tissue to encourage relaxation we introduce supportive passive restorative postures at the end of practice to relieve the body out of the fight or flight response enabling lower cortisol levels.

My name is Natasha, I'm a qualified Hatha yoga teacher, MBSR Mindfulness teacher and a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals.
I teach a 60-minute Mindfulness and Hatha yoga class. Mindfulness helps to build awareness, lowers stress responses, anxiety and depression.
