Adjustments and modifications are provided throughout, allowing for the classes to be suitable for beginners to more advanced yogis. Classes are taken at a slower pace to enable you to practice yoga safely and mindfully. For your first class, please send an email to neetuyoga@outlook.com with the date you would like to attend. After this, classes are drop-in so there is no need to book. Please bring a yoga mat to class. All yoga props will be provided. If you need to borrow a mat, please let me know.

My intention is to offer you the space to de-stress, slow down and tune into yourself. I believe so much of our world is designed around being busy and productive which can keep our sympathetic nervous system on overdrive. So I create and offer space for you to activate your parasympathetic nervous system - to deal with the effects of stress and anxiety - through gentle yoga, yin yoga, breathing exercises and meditation.
A mantra I hold close to the work I do is: Lokah Samastha Sukhinu Bhavantu. This beautiful mantra translates to: may all beings be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all. I hope that you will feel this mantra radiating through the space I hold.
