I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher and I have taught yoga classes since 2006.I enjoy seeing people reaping the benefits of practising yoga.Personally, I find yoga supports me in becoming more calm and centred and able to concentrate. I sleep better when I practice and I am stronger and more flexible
