This class is one and a half hours of stretching your body, finding space within and building strength and stamina. Deep breathing exercises are included as is a period of deep relaxation to leave you feeling relaxed, chilled and ready for life once again!
Being fit and flexible are not requirements for Yoga; just bring yourself, your mat and wear comfy clothes and enjoy!
