Students practise asanas (poses) to increase the strength and flexibilty of the whole body and learn to focus on the breath to help them to release more deeply into the poses.
Students learn breathing exercises (pranayama), practise relaxation and meditation to calm the mind and develop a sense of inner stillness.
This is a mixed ability class, beginners welcome.
