Hatha Yoga Teacher
I have a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma with 20 years of teaching experience. Also as an experienced Sports Therapist, I have enjoy sharing the knowledge of the body, along side musculoskeletal problems. My classes are based on hatha yoga, to which beginners are always welcome.
