I am an experienced BWY teacher who is passionate about sharing yoga. I love to see the changes, both physically and psychologically that yoga brings to peoples lives. It really does work to make life more comfortable :)
i aim to bring the joy and strength that yoga can bring to peoples lives into modern society. My classes are suitable for all ages, levels of experience and physical fitness. We are friendly and welcoming to both new and more experienced practitioners.
I offer both therapeutic gentle classes and more dynamic vinyasa classes throughout Cheshire and Warrington. I am also available for yoga therapy, personal tuition and small groups. I focus on breath awareness, physical alignment, core strength and relaxation
