I have always been a sporty person, but have been troubled by injuries to my lower back/hip and shoulder. Yoga was recommended to initially improve my range of movement in my shoulder and I have been able to improve my shoulder and posture without drugs or surgery and am now also able to manage my lower back issues. Armed with the ability to work on myself, I trained as a massage therapist and a yoga teacher. I run classes focusing on range of movement and improving anatomy knowledge and private 1-2-1's to strengthen, release tension and improve flexibility of my clients
