A typical BEfree Yoga class includes breath awareness (pranayama), a variety of postures (asanas) that work all the different parts of the body, including balance and stamina building, deep relaxation (sometimes Yoga Nidra), meditation and a little Aum chanting at the end. The BEfree yoga classes try to address the development of each of it's students and we encourage individuals to challenge themselves in their own, comfortable pace and time. One-to-one classes are planned around the practitioner's own individual needs.

I received my Yoga Teacher Training in the Ananda Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Centre in Nepal at the foothills of the Himalayas. I have been on many courses around the world after that, including Goa, Italy, Spain and Egypt with some fantastic teachers. I have also been a Yoga Teacher for Better Gyms for 8 years. I am registered with the UK Register of Exercise Professionals as an advanced Level 3 Yoga Instructor. I offer one-to-one, group and online classes.
