This yoga class is suitable for yogis of all levels, from complete beginner to experienced practitioner. Our class includes yoga positions, breathing, relaxation and meditation.
We use yoga flows to move between positions and to challenge our focus and build our strength, My classes also provide the opportunity to learn about yoga philosophy and the yogi secret to happiness.
