I’ve been practising yoga for 30 years and am a qualified yoga teacher based in Epsom. In 2012-15,
I completed two Yoga Therapy postgraduate diploma courses with the Devon School of Yoga and Yogacampus in London.
I then studied the historical traditions further to gain a Master’s degree in ‘Traditions of Yoga and Meditation’ (at SOAS, University of London) from 2013-2016.
My dissertation focused on the history of the yogic diet.
