A gentle, uplifting class suitable for beginners to yoga or those wanting to return to flexibility and fitness. Join a fun and friendly yoga class to stretch and strengthen your body and relax your mind. Class size is small to ensure special focus is given to each person.

This class is held every Friday morning at 9.30am at the All Saints Youth & Community Hall, and lasts approx. 75 minutes.
Mats, blocks and straps provided.

Gentle Yoga - stretch & relaxation

I've been practicing yoga for ten years & trained in Hatha / Sivananda yoga since 2011 with Sunra Yoga in Egypt (RYT200). Drawn to yoga specifically to reduce stressful living, my approach to teaching is based on present moment guidance to help you with your yoga journey. Working on postures, breath-work and relaxation/meditation.
