Gentle Mindful Yoga

This is a gentle mindful yoga class for those looking for a soft flowing practice. Our focus will be on experiencing the sensation of the movements as we work to open our bodies, soften and strengthen and relax. We will use mindful yoga breathing techniques to further deepen the practice and finish with a relaxation/ meditation.
