Please join me for an energising and rejuvenating flow yoga class.
The classes are open to all; beginners to advanced yogis are welcome.
Enderby Village Institute, Cross Street, LE19 4NJ
9.30am – 10.30am Monday mornings
7 - 8.30pm Thursday evenings
The classes will include a series of yoga asanas (positions) which can be modified for all levels. There will also be time for relaxation. It should be the perfect way to stretch and relax.
Mats can be provided if needed. If you have your own please bring it along.
Each class will be £8 per person, or you can pay up front for 6 classes for £40.

My name is Elaine and I have been practicing yoga for almost 10 years. Yoga has helped me throughout life both physically and mentally. Being a busy primary school teacher, mum and grandmother life can get a bit hectic, practicing yoga has provided me with timeout each week and a chance to maintain flexibility and fitness. Not only that, yoga on many occasions has given me the strength to face the challenges life can bring.
I am fully qualified and insured to teach all styles of yoga, but I mainly practice vinyasa yoga.
I hope that I can provide an experience that will inspire others to incorporate yoga into their lives, much like my teachers and mentors have.
