Energy in Motion: Movement, Mudra & Meditation

This yoga class has emerged from my chakra course and chakra yoga and is aimed at stretching and relaxing body-mind to allow energy to flow freely through the body's subtle energy system. It combines slow yoga movements and breathing techniques with meditation and mudra. I also sometimes incorporate Reiki Drum healing into sessions.
