Aimed at toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years and their parents.
The session includes yoga moves specifically aimed at toddlers, singing, movement, relaxation and yoga-based games.
Children are encouraged to bring along a sfot toy to join in the fun with them.

I am a fully qualified Primary School Teacher (BA Hons, QTS) and also fully qualified Yoga teacher for children from birth to teenagers (BSYA Child Yoga).
I teach yoga to tots Aged 18 months - 3 years) and their parents through Yoga moves specifically aimed at children of this age group, Nursery Rhymes, Action Songs and Counting Songs, Art activities, Movement, Story telling, Games, and Relaxation.
CLASSES TAKE PLACE DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ONLY.
