Gentle yoga suitable for beginners and less mobile

Hi. I'm an advanced yoga instructor based in the Fylde Coast, near Blackpool. I have been practising yoga for over fifteen years and in my 11th year of teaching Vinyasa Flow , hatha , power yoga and yoga for beginners. I hold weekly public classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Private classes which include for famous sports professionals and to our younger generation of children in schools. I am fully insured to teach to any age, in any location and all over the world.
