Ever wanted to try yoga but thought I'm not flexible? Good news flexibility isn't what yoga is about! Yes If you practice regularly you will gain flexibility but this class isn't about that.
This is an hour of steady but strong yoga concentrating on your core muscles and foundational poses. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis as we take it back to the basics. Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring your own mat.
All levels welcome.
